Production & Shipping

It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Shirts and customized items are made to order. Our production time is between 3-5 business days which does not include weekends or holidays.

Please make sure you have submitted your order with the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for orders that may have an incorrect address. If you have submitted your order and realize there is an error, please contact us at ilovethisandthat20@gmail.com. Once your order has been placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS), they are responsible for delivering your order in a punctual manner. It could take 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States. International orders will incur longer shipping time frames. We are not able to control (USPS) delivery time frames. You will receive a tracking number for every order which can be referenced on usps.com or through your tracking confirmation email.
